Bathroom ripout & refit

The full journey: strip out to bare walls, first fix plumbing, tanking boards, trays, tiling and sparkling second fix. We handle the mess so you just enjoy the finish.

Kitchen refits

New units, worktops, splashbacks, appliances and lighting, fitted around your plans and your budget.

Tiling & flooring

Wall and floor tiling, marble-effect porcelain, metro splashbacks and new floors, including underfloor heating.

Painting & decorating

Fresh, tidy finishes inside and out. Preparation done properly so the paint lasts.

Plumbing & repairs

First and second fix plumbing on our refits, plus everyday fixes: leaks, taps, toilets and radiators.

Old suite and tiles out, walls taken back to a sound base. Honest photo, shovel and all.

2 Waterproof tanking boards and new shower tray installed

First fix & boards

Pipework moved, waterproof tanking boards fitted and the new tray levelled in.

3 Marble-effect porcelain tiles being installed

Marble-effect porcelain set out and laid level, spacers in, lines checked twice.

Black Dog Property Maintenance Ltd is based in Lee-on-the-Solent on the Hampshire coast, with more than 30 years of experience in the trades behind it. We look after homes and commercial properties the way we would look after our own: turning up when we say we will, keeping the site tidy and finishing every job properly.

Qualified as both a carpenter and an electrician, we cover more ground than most maintenance firms. Whether it is a complete bathroom ripout and refit, a tricky piece of carpentry or an hour of odd jobs, you get the same care, the same communication and the same standard of finish.
